Vender opened in 2019 in Taichung's West District, founded by Summer Chen and Darren Lim, and is entered through a working vending machine that hands guests a Singapore Sling. Inside, vending machines dispense bottled cocktails and capsules standing in for drink selections, and the menus are pockets holding the main ingredient of each signature. The list leans on Southeast Asian spices and herbs alongside Singaporean food.
