Umbrella Workshop

Umbrella Workshop is the development and tasting room of The Umbrella Project, the group behind Discount Suit Company and The Sun Tavern. It sits down an alley in Cleeve Workshops, a row of ateliers built in 1895 off Boundary Street, and seats about a dozen guests at a small bar. Drinks in development for the group's other bars are poured here first, and the room doubles as the group's shop for bottled cocktails, natural wines, small-producer spirits, Irish whiskey and poitin.
