Kaso Rooftop is the rooftop bar and kitchen of One Hundred Shoreditch on Shoreditch High Street, blending the relaxed rhythm of the Mediterranean and Aegean with the energy of East London. Terrace tables go to whoever arrives first and depend on the weather. The cocktail list was written with Mediterranean summers in mind: the signature Spicy Marg pairs Patrón Silver with agave and jalapeños, and the Crimson Kiss mixes Bacardi Carta Blanca with strawberry puree, apple and pineapple juice. For an alcohol-free round there is the Sky Blaze, made with Seedlip Garden 108 and passion fruit. It is open Thursday to Saturday from 5pm to midnight for guests 18 and over, and walk-ins are welcome.
