The Roof Skybar

The Roof is a skybar on the twenty first floor of the Crowne Plaza Warsaw at Rondo Daszyńskiego, with an outdoor terrace and a wide view across the center of the city. The bar keeps its own cocktail list, divided into house creations, classics, alcohol free builds and a premium tier. House drinks include Rye and Jam with Bulleit rye, peanut butter and creme de mure, and Collapsed Collins with Chivas 12, carrot, ginger and Suze. Smoked and grilled small plates run alongside, from cauliflower skewers to a ceviche dressed with Bloody Mary. DJs play every Friday and Saturday. Entry is for adults only, and reservations are taken by email or phone.
