Donkey Shoe is a modern cocktail bar hidden in the Werner Passage of Fabryka Norblina, marked only by metal doors carrying a horseshoe. The concept takes its cue from the concealed venues that followed the start of Prohibition in the United States in 1919, and it narrows that history down to Texas and Mexico, the border regions that carried smuggled spirits. The back bar reflects that focus with a wide selection of agave distillates and American corn spirits. The team shakes and stirs classics and will rebuild a guest's own favorite where it can. A section of the menu headed The Donkey's Signatures leads with the Funky Donkey. Live music and cocktail workshops run alongside the drinks.
