Negroni Centrale is an Italian bar on Poznańska in Śródmieście, built around one drink. Its menu opens with a dedicated Negroni Cocktails section that runs from the standard build out to house versions including the Honey Negroni and the Black Negroni Tobacco, with a Virgin Negroni for anyone drinking without alcohol. The Negroni Centrale Spritz lengthens Martini Fiero with vanilla, passion fruit and prosecco. Past the negronis, the list covers shots, mocktails, beer, natural wines and shelves of gin, rum, whisky, tequila, mezcal and amaro. Italian plates follow the drinks, among them arancini with calamansi aioli and bruschetta with vitello tonnato. Tables are booked through the bar's own ordering site.
