The Mountaineering Club sits on the sixteenth floor of the Graduate Seattle in the University District, with views across the Cascades, Puget Sound and downtown, and a lodge-style menu of fondue and s'mores cooked over open flame. The cocktails lean Pacific Northwest, a Whisky Cure-All on Westland single malt with sumac and candied ginger, a force-carbonated Fizzy-Fifty Martini, and an all-Washington draft list. The Spirited Awards named it a U.S. West honoree for Best U.S. Hotel Bar in 2025 and 2026.
