The Grey occupies a 1938 Art Deco Greyhound bus terminal in downtown Savannah, restored by managing partner Johno Morisano and chef Mashama Bailey, and its Diner Bar is a named room with its own menu and an oyster happy hour. House cocktails include a Bella Ciao of pesto gin, olive-oil vermouth and cherry tomato water and a force-carbonated Supernatural Delight milk punch, beside a vintage list of Rosita, Montecarlo, White Negroni and Queens Park Swizzle.
