Alley Cat Lounge calls itself a classy 1870s hidden gem, a basement bar off Broughton Lane that holds what it describes as Savannah's deepest library collection of fine spirits and cocktails. The list is built on fresh ingredients and house-made syrups, sodas, teas and infusions, paying tribute to the classics while, in the bar's words, leading the way forward. It opens at four and runs to one on weeknights and two on Friday and Saturday.
