The Alchemix

The Alchemix is led by Ignacio Ussía, who built his career between Barcelona and Asia, including several years alongside Gaggan Anand in Bangkok, before returning home to develop the bar. His idea is to remove the line between a cocktail bar and a fine-dining restaurant, so that food and drink, solid and liquid, come from one creative vision. There is no single way to visit: come in for a signature cocktail, eat fine-dining-inspired dishes informally at the bar until 1:30am, or take the full tasting menu paired with a progression of mini cocktails.
