The garden bar of Hotel de Russie takes its name from Igor Stravinsky's 1917 Roman visit — Cocteau called the hotel 'paradise on Earth' while staying with Stravinsky and Picasso. Bar manager Mattia Capezzuoli leads the team under Maestro Salvatore Calabrese, with cocktails drawn from the hotel's Secret Garden and food envisioned by chef Fulvio Pierangelini.
