The Bvlgari Hotel Roma's bar centres on a black-marble counter finished with 110 hand-blown Murano glass twirls flecked with gold dust, by Barovier&Toso. Inside seats 108; another 108 sit outside across two terraces looking onto Via di Ripetta and Piazza Augusto Imperatore. The Bvlgari Cocktail — Tanqueray Ten, Aperol, pineapple, orange and lime (€25) — leads the list.
