Pigeon is a screen-free listening bar in Capitol Hill, opened in April 2026 by Andy Rauworth with Eric and Alison Corrigan, the team behind Pon Pon. Records play on turntables instead of TVs, tables light up as chessboards, and the bar mixes cocktails and old-fashioned sodas from house-made syrups. A counter called Toad, run by chef Elliott Delka, serves Colorado-sourced Japanese dishes such as gyoza and tofu katsu.
