FiNO is a coastal Mediterranean bar and restaurant in the lobby of the revamped All Inn Hotel on East Colfax, opened in March 2026 by Steven Waters of Run For the Roses in the former Rockbar space. The zero-waste cocktail list is arranged by style, from spritzes and freezer-poured martinis to easy sippers, dessert drinks and mocktails, beside a wine list of sustainable and biodynamic producers. Shared plates are built around the aperitivo hour, and the room seats about 112, with 13 places at the bar.
