Nouvelle Vague has anchored Tirana's cocktail scene since December 2012, built by brothers Sofokli and Evis Cali around Albanian terroir, local spirits, and cultural heritage. Its fourth signature menu, ORIGIN'AL, runs to 14 cocktails rooted in Albanian ingredients from mountain tea and quince to bee pollen and local raki, and the bar cites a No. 86 placing on the World's 50 Best Bars extended list in 2023.
