Copenhagen, Denmark
A prohibition-era speakeasy in Vesterbro from Portuguese bartender Humberto Marques, entered through a secret door disguised as a library in a space that housed a bookstore in 1919. The room recreates 1920s–30s American speakeasy style with period decor, jazz and blues on vinyl, and working vintage equipment including two original hand-cranked COLES shakers and a Ferris Wheel mixer. The list runs classic prohibition-era cocktails alongside contemporary variations.
