Lolita Jones brings what it calls the daring, pleasure-seeking spirit of Mexican street food to CV Galería in Vitacura, with a drinks list that runs from eccentric liqueurs to house creations and what it says is the largest open-air bar in Chile. Its Instagram puts it plainly: taquería and cocktail bar. The corn is processed on site and the tortillas made to order. Open from half past twelve every day, until one or two, and until half past two on Friday and Saturday.
