Liquid Diet is a cocktail bar in a former auto garage in the alley between Commerce and Main Streets, just south of Imperial Avenue, reached through an unmarked entrance. The menu is written on butcher paper and changes constantly, with drinks built from everyday food ingredients, such as a bell pepper martini, a key lime cocktail and a pico de gallo michelada with a cilantro salt rim. It won Best New Bar at the 2023 Eater Awards for Las Vegas.
