Bar Ginza is a small Japanese whisky bar on South Main Street in the Arts District, modelled on the whisky bars of Tokyo. More than 90 Japanese whiskies line its brick walls, poured in flights served omakase style or in cocktails. Co-owner Joshua Monsivais hand-cuts ice from blocks imported from Japan for the Old Fashioneds.
