Jade Jaguar opened on Walnut Street in the Crossroads under the banner the art of agave, from the creator of the Mercury Room, Verdigris and the Monarch, in partnership with Manny Gomez and Seth Goldwasser. The bar takes reservations through Tock and handles large parties and special events separately. Its posted house rules are direct: access is not guaranteed and is granted at the manager's sole discretion, and nobody under twenty one is permitted. On dress the answer is come as you are. Service starts at five in the evening, the kitchen closes before the bar does, and the venue says snacks are always available through the night.
