Hudson VU is the rooftop lounge on the 16th floor of the Ink48 Hotel on Eleventh Avenue, above Hell's Kitchen. It has indoor seating and an open-air terrace looking across the Manhattan skyline and the Hudson River, with heated spaces and weather protection that keep it open year-round. The cocktail list includes the Local Spritz with gin, Aperol and watermelon, the Velvet Mango with mango-infused mezcal and hibiscus, and the Matchatini, plus a premium Hello, Handsome built on Michter's rye. Several mocktails sit alongside. Reservations are required, the room is open daily from 4pm to midnight, and a smart casual dress code applies.
