Good Enough Cocktail Club

Mike Mayaudon and Shawn Seaman—both from Carlsbad's acclaimed Same Same—opened this Little Italy cocktail bar in August 2025 with a hi-fi listening concept, Spanish-inspired tapas, and cocktails averaging fourteen dollars. The Sioux City Old Fashioned—bourbon, root beer reduction, cherry apple bitters, Angostura, absinthe—captures a programme that treats approachability as a design principle rather than a limitation. Vintage 1975 Cornwall speakers and curated vinyl provide the soundtrack. Good Enough undersells itself by name and overdelivers by glass.
