B&GC is a hidden bar below the Halcyon hotel in Cherry Creek, set in the former Cherry Creek Post Office and reached from the alley. The bar takes its cue from American cocktail culture in the years after the Second World War, with a cocktail list and a short food menu. Reservations go through OpenTable or by text message, and checks carry an included 20 percent service charge.
