Fat Cat is a small cocktail bar on the second floor of Makati Central Square, run by co-founder and beverage director Ronald Cruz with Fifi Cruz. The dim room is modelled on a Japanese jazz kissaten, with records and music at the centre of the night, and coffee is served in the afternoon. The current menu turns the 22 Major Arcana tarot cards into cocktails, alongside classics. Tatler Philippines named it Bar of the Year for 2025.
