Good Morning Wines is a Japanese wine importer founded by Micah Cabral and Dimitri Roleda, with a small bar on the mezzanine of Prince Tower in Salcedo Village. The bar seats about six and works by reservation in two evening seatings, pouring a monthly rotation of four to six Japanese wines by the glass or as flights, served with Hokkaido cheese. The wines come directly from producers in regions such as Yamanashi, Nagano, Yamagata and Hokkaido.
