OTO opened on Enriquez Street in Poblacion in 2017 and takes its name from the Japanese word for sound. The room is built around a large vinyl collection and restored 1970s JBL speakers; it serves coffee by day and has DJs and guest selectors at night. The cocktail list leans on savoury and unusual ingredients. It ranked No. 61 on Asia's 50 Best Bars 51-100 in 2021 and No. 63 in 2022.
