Daintree Midtown is a rooftop cocktail bar on West 38th Street, close to Bryant Park, run in the spirit of Australian hospitality and facing the Empire State Building. Its outdoor terrace, The Treetop, is open year-round and kept for walk-ins, while tables inside are best reserved. Every cocktail on the list is priced the same, and the lineup includes the Aussie Spritz with a house Aperol blend, blood orange and raspberry, the Belafonte with mezcal, rum and banana, the Oh Snap! Piña Colada with snap pea and ginger, and the Sword Art with Japanese whisky and yuzu sake. A bar food menu runs from oysters to prawn rolls, and a zero-proof list is offered.
