'A convivial cocktail bar with a cosmopolitan soul': Cosmo Pony is the first overseas venture of Singapore's Jigger & Pony Group, opened July 2024 with Jakarta's Union Group on the Grand Hyatt's fourth floor. Mid-century marble and brass frame a menu that celebrates Jakarta through local ingredients like kweni mango and lobi-lobi; GM Silvio Daniele and bar manager Marsya Soemantri run the current 'Cocktail Power' zine-menu.
