COCOA XO is the chocolate and cognac bar at Centara Grand at CentralWorld on Rama 1 Road, set in what the hotel calls Bangkok's first cocoa pod, with panoramic views over the city and 120 outdoor seats. The idea is a simple pairing: handcrafted chocolates matched with premium cognacs. The drinks list follows through with cognac cocktails built on Rémy Martin VSOP, including Je T'aime with pineapple and vanilla and L'affection with aged rum and orange Curaçao, plus a separate run of chocolate cocktails such as More Than A Tea. It is open daily from 4pm to 1am, with last drink orders at 12:45am, for guests aged 20 and over.
