The Hope & Sesame team's Shenzhen bar gives Chinese spirits a modern reading, mixing classic and new baijiu, Chinese whisky, gin and yellow rice wine with contemporary techniques. Each menu grows out of a research trip, starting with Shantou and most recently Guiyang and the Guizhou region. The elegant, modern room brings an almost ceremonial feel, with live music.
