Bar Clara sits in the dome on the top floor of Fotografiska Berlin, the photography museum in the rebuilt Friedrichstraßenpassage on Oranienburger Straße, reached by its own entrance under the arch. The room has black marble and Art Deco touches with a balcony running round the cupola, and the seasonal cocktail list takes cues from the museum's exhibitions. No bookings are taken.
