Bar 63

Bar 63 is a rum bar on the Rolandstrasse in Zurich's Kreis 4, behind the Langstrasse, on the Zinistrasse corner where the room once traded as Chez Sylvia. The back bar holds more than 70 rums, and the house pours its own rum at 63% ABV, the base of the signature Punch 63. The cocktail menu changes with the seasons, and past editions have been built around tiki, mezcal and the 1980s. The same team runs J.B. Labat, a spirits shop a short walk away. Bar 63 takes no reservations.
