Arbor Hall is Montavilla's cocktail bar, and the back bar is the first thing guests notice, usually hovering around four hundred unique labels. The menu carries a good number of the bar's own recipes, including the Panda Punch and a clarified margarita, plus a rotating list of drinks the team likes but did not invent. Cocktail ingredients are made in house, and the bar puts real weight on the spirits it buys. Happy hour runs twice every day, from 4pm to 5pm and again from 5pm to 6pm, with a Bee's Knees, Daiquiri, or Sazerac at nine dollars. All seating is first come, first served, and the room is twenty one and over.
