Dear Sandy runs on a simple formula it prints itself: coffee, cocktails, community. The corner room at Northeast 28th and Sandy opens at 8am and stays open until midnight every day, shifting from espresso in the morning to a full cocktail and zero proof list as the evening arrives. Minors are welcome until 9pm, which makes the room unusually easy to use across a whole day. The bar leans into its neighborhood role, hosting guest cocktail pop ups, community nights, and its own recurring Anti Prom party, and it keeps merchandise and gift cards for regulars.
