001 is a speakeasy-style cocktail bar that bills itself as Hong Kong's first, now behind an unmarked door in the Tai Kwun heritage complex, marked only by a dim spotlight and a doorbell. The room uses a blue, green and gold palette with suede booths and Jazz Age patterns. The menu changes with the seasons around its long-standing Earl Grey Marteani, and a whisky list covers independent bottlings.
