Zamieszanie is a cocktail bar on Nowy Świat, by the palm tree at Rondo de Gaulle'a. The bar is built on a ready to drink format: cocktails are batched ahead of service and poured from bottles and frozen taps, which the team presents as a way to keep the pace up behind a busy counter. House bottlings include Czarny Romans, a whisky build with sweet vermouth, cold brew, cherry and chocolate, and Karaibskie Mleczko with spiced rum, condensed milk, coffee and coconut milk. The venue runs over three levels, with a mezzanine lounge, a ground floor dance floor and a self service bar below, plus a garden. Weekend DJ sets and live bands are a fixture.
