Whisper Sister is a speakeasy style cocktail bar hidden in the historic building at Pärnu mnt 12 in central Tallinn, a house that once held a post office, a bank, a hair salon and a bowling alley. Guests find the phone number and call to be let in. The bar takes its cues from classic cocktail bars from New York to Singapore, and also runs cocktail pairings, spirit tastings and masterclasses.
