Ärkel is a rooftop bar on the fourth floor of the historic De la Gardie building on Viru street, reached by lift, with a 180 degree view over the roofs of Tallinn Old Town. Calm and bright by day, it turns into a lively cocktail bar at night, with drinks built on seasonal ingredients and a Japanese influenced kitchen. DJs play on Friday and Saturday evenings.
