A reservation-led bar inside Bellagio, built into the resort's former casino cage and entered through a gilded door. Its list is built around rare and vintage spirits, with historically researched recipes and serves such as a Martinez made with aged gin and vermouth. A short menu of caviar, nigiri and wagyu sandwiches accompanies the drinks.
