The Long Bar at the Waldorf Astoria

The Waldorf Astoria's Long Bar recreates the storied bar of the Shanghai Club, which occupied this neoclassical Bund building with a 34-meter counter, panelling and bar reproduced from photographic records. The house classic is the Shanghai Buck (golden rum, ginger beer, lime), the drink of the club's 1920s heyday; the room also hosts Pink Oyster, an eight-seat oyster omakase.
