The Copper Shaker describes itself as a locally owned and operated craft cocktail bar and kitchen in the heart of Historic Ybor City, serving classic and contemporary craft cocktails in a relaxed and fun environment. The bar took over a 7th Avenue address in the district and opens at four in the afternoon six days a week, running to two in the morning on Friday and Saturday. Its own cocktail pages say the room is known for its old fashioned and its espresso martini, built from fresh ingredients and creative recipes, and count more than seven hundred premium spirits behind the bar. Shareable appetizers, lockers and live jazz round out the offer.
