The Bar Kakure

The Bar Kakure is a Japanese-style cocktail bar on the upper floor of a black-and-white colonial bungalow on Scotts Road, one floor above the omakase restaurant Ki-sho. The room seats around a dozen and reservations are recommended; the door code is sent with the booking confirmation. The menu is built on about ten classics, from the martini and Negroni to the Bamboo and Sidecar, plus blended fresh-fruit cocktails using seasonal Japanese produce such as Yamanashi white peaches.
