A rum-focused bar operating as a separate space within Three Dots and a Dash, entered from the alley. Led by beverage director Kevin Beary, it has its own list covering tiki classics, house daiquiris and rum flights, with an emphasis on rum and rhum agricole from producers worldwide. The venue also runs pop-ups, rum tastings and limited-edition mug releases.
