Temple Records is a listening bar on Temple Place in Downtown Crossing, opened by chef Jamie Bissonnette with partners Babak Bina and Andy Cartin and modelled on the record bars of Japan. Staff choose the vinyl from the bar's collection and play it through a custom sound system, and the cocktail list leans on Japanese gins and whiskies, with snacks such as Korean fish jerky. A 22-seat sushi counter, Sushi @ Temple Records, sits downstairs.
