OFFSUIT is a small cocktail bar behind an unmarked door in an alley in the Leather District; guests call a number on arrival rather than knock. The house rules are no password, no dress code and no boring drinks, and the list pairs unusual savoury combinations, such as tequila with pickled cantaloupe and bell pepper, with a la carte shots and cheap beer. Albums play all the way through, and the bar takes reservations every night as well as walk-ins.
