Spoke has served wine and seasonal New American small plates in Davis Square since 2013, with co-chefs Paul Butler and Kelcey Rusch in the kitchen, sparkling, white, orange and red by the glass and a short cocktail section that includes a couple of boozeless drinks. The James Beard Foundation named it an Outstanding Bar semifinalist in 2026.
