Sally's

Sally's is a cocktail bar inside the Sheraton Stockholm at Tegelbacken, opened on 13 November 2025 by bartender Bobby Hiddleston with head bartender Niklas Forslin, formerly of Tjoget. It takes its name and its 1970s New York mood from the original Sally's at the New York Sheraton and a Studio 54 regular, Sally Lippman. The list mixes classics such as a Gimlet, a freezer Martini and a White Russian topped with browned marshmallow with house drinks like the Disco Sally's, and it is walk-in only. It was nominated for Best New Bar in Sweden at the 2026 Bartenders' Choice Awards.
