On Stortorget in Gamla Stan, Pharmarium mixes science and mysticism on the site of one of Sweden's earliest pharmacies, established here in 1575 by apothecary Anthonius Busenius, whose shelves once held mummy powder, ivory, unicorn horn and powdered gems. The bar channels that history into apothecary-style mixology and gastronomy overlooking the old square.
