On Stortorget in Gamla Stan, Pharmarium mixes science and mysticism on the site of one of Sweden's earliest pharmacies — established here in 1575 by apothecary Anthonius Busenius, whose shelves once held mummy powder, ivory, unicorn horn and powdered gems. The award-winning bar channels that history into apothecary-style mixology and gastronomy overlooking the old square.
