Rusty Rat stands at Bogusławskiego 23 in Wrocław and calls itself a place where the modern cocktail scene meets craft cooking and the local character of the city. The current card is titled Classic Cocktails and is inspired by the Rusty Rat Bartender's Manual, the book the bar published in 2020 and still sells at the bar. It gathers ten timeless classics chosen for spring, among them a Turf Club No. 2 built on house spring bitters. The team runs trainings, workshops and premium spirit tastings that focus on history, aroma and context. Food runs to burgers in a butter bun, beef tartare and fries cooked in beef tallow.
