Papa Bar fills a renovated tenement on the Wrocław market square, a 400 square metre space that works as both cocktail bar and restaurant. At its centre is a large oak bar stocked with close to a thousand bottles, where the team mixes drinks with fresh ingredients. The current cocktail list builds each drink around a single seasonal fruit, and the kitchen changes its dishes with the seasons.
